Who We Are
We are a membership organisation made up of Supported Accommodation and Children’s Residential Home providers.
Originally established as an association for Supported Accommodation providers, we quickly recognised a shift in the sector: a growing number of our members were also opening Children’s Residential Care Homes and seeking guidance and support in this area.
In response to this evolving need, we broadened our focus and rebranded as the Supported Accommodation and Children’s Home Association (SAACHA) reflecting our commitment to serving both parts of the sector with equal dedication.

What We Do
We serve as a hub for information sharing, training, and the promotion of best practices across both the Supported Accommodation and Children’s Residential Care Home sectors.
Through engaging learning events and our active WhatsApp group, we connect members, facilitate knowledge exchange, and encourage collaboration.
Our primary focus is helping members identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and run more efficient, sustainable services without compromising on quality of care.
We have helped our members secure substantial savings in Insurance, Energy, Labour cost, Legal, HR and Health & Safety Advice.
